Many of the world's top coaches and Fortune 500s rely on evidence based coaching solutions to ensure positive outcomes in the areas of employee selection, leadership development, sales and customer service training, teambuilding, communication and collaboration training, conflict resolution and succession planning. Assessments work by introducing scientific measurements to someone's critical thinking skills, motivations, potential skill proficiencies, work styles, behavioral characteristics and personal values.
As a Master Certified Practitioner I offer one on one assessments in DISC, Motivators, Hartman Value Profile, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Styles.
DISC: measures observational behavioral
Motivators: measures intrinsic motivations
Hartman Value Profile: measures thinking styles
EIQ: measures emotional intelligence
Learning Styles: measures learning styles
As a certified ICF coach, mentor and trainer I also facilitate and guide coaches in their certification process, skillsets and leadership.
DISC is a behavior assessment tool which centers on four different personality styles, which are Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). With the online assessment tool using the DISC model, it is easy to identify and understand our own style, recognize and cognitively adapt to different styles, and develop a process to communicate more effectively with others.
After this assessment you are DISC Practitioner Certified
This program will substantially enhance your knowledge of the Motivators framework through curriculum to kick-start your understanding and help guide your implementation of this remarkable assessment tool. You will learn the about the 7 dimensions of motivation (Aesthetic, Economic, Individualistic, Political, Altruistic, Regulatory, Theoretical). Through the training, you’ll receive guided instruction with resources to support you, along with the opportunity to practice your knowledge and receive immediate feedback.
An individual’s thinking style is defined by their problem-solving strengths, their problem-solving struggles and their ability to avoid the blind spots associated with situational bias. In essence, the HVP assessment measures – with uncanny accuracy – an individual’s unique thinking approach.
The HVP is not a psychological, intelligence, or aptitude test. Instead, the assessment objectively captures your specific thinking pattern and documents your brain’s natural selection process when making decisions. Understanding the ability to process information is directly linked to leveraging strengths and limiting potential performance blockers. Your thinking and mental processing ability, like a musical or sports talent, can be honed and improved. However, to improve one’s decision-making, an individual must first fully understand the balance of thinking style strengths and challenges.
Emotional intelligence has been defined, by Peter Salovey and John Mayer, as "the ability to monitor one's own and other people's emotions, to discriminate between different emotions and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior". This definition was later broken down and refined into four proposed abilities: perceiving, using, understanding, and managing emotions. Emotional intelligence also reflects abilities to join intelligence, empathy and emotions to enhance thought and understanding of interpersonal dynamics. However, substantial disagreement exists regarding the definition of EI, with respect to both terminology and operationalizations.
The Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) assessment helps business leaders and other professionals understand the waythey apply their emotional intelligence in terms of style, preferences, and behavior. It affords them clarity in determining how to best apply their knowledge and feelings to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. It’s this understanding that forms the basis on which they’re able to make adjustments in order to be more effective in the future; personally, as well as professionally.
Unlike IQ and other aptitudes, which are largely fixed, EIQ can be developed and improved upon with the right guidance and tools. Enter the EIQ-2 assessment!
Coaches and trainers possessing an expertise in Learning Styles can optimize an organization’s internal training programs and management practices, while heightening individuals’ self-awareness. When leadership teams understand how their direct reports best learn and retain new information, they’re empowered to unlock new efficiencies at almost every level – from on-boarding and training, to daily coaching. Like our other popular Core Assessment certification programs, your Learning Styles Certification training will focus on teaching you the fundamentals of using this insightful instrument in real-world situations.

Dear Mr. Schaart, I would like to thank you again for the coaching of T.B. I am pleasantly surprised what you did to support his professional challenges
in a very short time. Thank you! Best regards, M.F.
Dear Roel, I was with you through an overwhelming experience and coaching. Only with your help I've got a fear of incriminating myself for life under control. My life has since become much more livable. The coaching was honest, pleasant and I have always felt comfortable. My gratitude for this change is indescribable. Thanks a lot!

A beautiful summer sun weekend - no "ifs and buts";-). Best regards, J.R.
I am writing to recommend Roeland C. Schaart as business coach and NLP coach. During my selection for opting the right business coach, Roeland started challenging me as of the first moment, which kept the momentum going! Roeland helped me to visualize my goals and dreams and pushed me hard with his friendly style to realize them. I recently got a job promotion where I take the full responsible for one of our subsidiaries. Needless to say this was also due to his coaching skills and methods. I recommend his business coaching skills without reservation! Take care, H.H. M-P
I would like to thank you for the work that you did with me in May. The NLP exercise you used to help me combat my anxiety regarding the next step in my career, it enabled me to release the negative feeling and replace it with a more useful positive energy, which will motivate me to step up and commit to the action I need to take. Once again - thank you Best regards, D.C.
