We are at a critical moment in history in which our traditional training, interpretations and ways of acting are insufficient to meet the demands of our times. Today’s learning and demand for change and new actions requires that we break with our old restrictive habits. In business, we can no longer remain competitive by matching or achieving results that are common place. Coaching is about learning how to change to achieve personal and organizational fulfilment and bring about success. 

Change requires that we break with our habits, those conservative forces and principles of coherence that has served us well to reach our current level of performance. The coach can take the coachee to a new place/level.  It is precisely because the coachee cannot see or know how to get to this new place/level that coaching is needed. The coach also shows the coachee a bigger field to play in. 

Learning new habits and new ways of being requires the support of someone who has the ability to see what you can’t see, distinguish patterns that you are blind to, ask those questions that allow you to open new possibilities and mirror and support your commitments. This is the role of the personal coach and it is in this context of personal growth and learning that coaching has become a recognized career/profession.   

The below Programs are for ANY organization concerned about the need for: integrating permanent change, achieving a higher learning retention rate and increased leadership mastery.

Our Professional Coach Training Programs (in New York, Sydney, London, Singapore and Hong Kong) are developed for dedicated qualified professionals who:
  • want to provide an accredited standard of professional coaching/leadership  from within an organization (Internal Coaching), or
  • want to add world class coaching services to a new or an already established practice ( see: External/Internal Master Coach Courses )
We tailor make our accredited coach-the-coach training workshops to suit the needs of the client.
Objectives:I    
1. A means for Coaches and Trainees to participate in Coaching Training and Development Programs so that they may evaluate the standards and practices used by professionally recognized 'best-practice' Coaches who work at the elite level in an organizational structure.
2. Provide a means for organizations for their coaches to meet a recognized certified professional/world class standard.
3. Provide a means for individual Trainee Coaches to evaluate their own ethical standards and behaviours and make adjustments if necessary to meet established standards.
4. Provide a means to educate the wider community and general public on what coaching is and is not and promote the high standards practiced by Coaches.
